Went here multiple days for breakfast, gf cereal available but not much else besides naturally gf items such as bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. Never got sick.

They carry gluten free bread and are very knowledgeable. I ordered bacon, fruit, hash browns (these are fresh not prepackaged and gf) and toast. Did not eat from buffet.

I successfully ate breakfast here on our visit to Maui and our stay at the Hyatt. We had breakfast included in our stay, and appreciated it. Everything gluten free is labeled. Every morning there was at least one kind of muffin (chocolate or blueberry), along with scrambled eggs, frittatta, and omelette, smoked salmon, cheeses, and potatoes. Bacon and sausage aren't labeled as gluten free because, at the bottom of the pan, there are pieces of bread covered in banana leaves to capture the run off grease. I was there first thing every morning so I felt safe taking meat from the top of the pile knowing they hadn't changed the pan yet and dumped the last of the meats from another pan on top. You may feel differently. Maui was wonderful for allergies and I didn't get sick at all on our trip.
