Some measures are taken however not enough for those with Celiac and Allergies. They bake with flour in the same place they bake with their other non gluten containing products.

The taste and consistency is great. Unfortunately I became very sick after.

I purchased their baked goods at Healthy Living in Burlington. Amazing gf cupcakes and cookies! I actually stopped after my first bite of the chocolate cupcake with maple frosting to re-read the ingredients because I thought there was a mistake -- it tasted like a traditional gluten-filled goodie! My next trip to Burlington will definitely include a visit to Sweet Alchemy's Cafe. I can't wait to discover what else they offer.

Got a cookie and cupcake at the Hunger Mountain Co-op in Montpelier. So gross. Would never waste my money again. Such a bad off-taste.

Not just a bakery - they do breakfast and lunch takeout. Very healthy and tasty options. Apparently they have a separate GF toaster. I made a not e if celiac when I ordered and they wrote celiac on all the takeout boxes which is airways comforting. The dosa is a great dish if you’re not sure what to order.

We stumbled upon this gem of a cafe in Essex VT when Jules wasn’t open yet. Excellent options for vegan and vegetarian options too. Delicious coffee.
