All of the different barbeque sauces and the pickles are gluten free. It's easy just to order a pile of meat and you can put whatever sauce you want on it, and then any of the pickled stuff and most of the other veggie sides are gluten free. They don't have gf bread for a sandwich. I didn't ask about the baked beans, but the coleslaw and all the pickled stuff in naturally gf. They're not making a lot with flour in their establishment so I think risk of cross contamination is low, you can just ask them to switch gloves if they've been handling bread for the sandwiches or mac and cheese or whatever.
