We love this place. Delicious GF cupcakes make us feel normal. Never had an issue with them despite shared space and a roof with gluten filled cupcakes. Thankful they are here and go to the trouble to make fancy GF flavors.

I really appreciate the fact that this place offers both vegan and gluten-free cupcakes. Upon asking, I was informed that the vegan cupcakes have no corn products which is great due to my corn allergy. The cupcakes taste amazing because they are so moist and flavorful. I was told that applesauce is used to make the vegan cupcakes.

Wow amazing delish over the top can't tell they're gluten free. Beyond amazing!!! Can't really say enough about them!!

Update. Not only are these not baked in a gluten-free space, their idea of gluten-free is to bake gluten first and then the rest afterwards makes no sense definitely not safe for celiac

I am so disappointed to have to write this negative review because this is actually our second, and very purposeful, trip for GF cupcakes. First experience, while traveling down to Miami, was amazing. Ordered 4 GF cupcakes and they were huge and delicious! Put in a “display box” holder as the staff knew we were taking them with us. Watched for safe handling practices, saw nothing concerning. Slight upset stomach after, but I attributed that to eating two gigantic cupcakes in about a 15 hour time period, which is very unusual for me.

Now, about two weeks later, on our way back home, we drove out of our way to make a second stop. I very clearly stated my order, but the cashier seemed more interested in chatting with a guy in line than listening. I stated that I was Celiac, and was ordering 6 GF cupcakes to go based on our last experience and would like them packed like last time as we had a long journey home. I also indicated that we may elect to eat two more while in the restaurant.

Last time, all of the cupcakes were clearly labeled with names and GF and Vegan labels if they were both. This time fewer than 50% of the cupcakes had labels of any sort- glad I’d been here before or that alone would have been concerning. I had to keep asking her what certain flavors were and verifying GF. Again, she acted annoyed every question because she was carrying on conversation with another customer getting frozen yogurt.

While talking to him and not paying attention, she dropped a cupcake on the floor and picked it up. She was only midway through the order, and had the audacity to say to me, “Don’t worry, I am not charging you for that one.” What???? Of course you’re not! At first I thought she was joking, but didn’t even crack a smile.

Unfortunately, just the beginnings of the problems. She picked the cupcake up and then put it next to a tray of regular cupcakes ready for display, and then lifted that tray up, which was apparently on top of a garbage can or disposal of some sort and threw it away. So, she’s now touched the floor, touched a pan of gluten, a food disposal of some sort, and we still have my order in progress- surely at least a glove change (for any customer for that matter), right? Nope!

I was horrified and just finished out my order with whatever I remembered I liked from the 4 before. My husband returned and we ordered two more because, by this time, she’d at least changed gloves because she had to ring yogurt guy up. Husband and I ordered one each, again reintegrating those were “for here” and the others were “to go.”

She rang us up to the tune of $30, and handed us a bag of cupcakes in random boxes. Some two- packages, some 3, some 1. Not any of the packaging I requested and they were all toppled over in the packaging. She also did not provide a receipt though I asked for one.

We then went to a filthy table to try to sort out what was what. This is when I noticed she’d shorted me from my original 6. I went up and expressed this politely stating we “must have miscommunicated.” She said, “no I charged you correctly but I’ll be happy to assist you if you want more, but you’ll need to wait until I’m done helping these people.” 🤨 There was another cashier just standing there who could have easily taken over and let her help us.

After waiting 10 minutes we finally got up to just leave and she screamed out as we were walking out, “I can help you now.”

I again politely tried to explain my concerns but she continued to rudely interrupt, waving a receipt in my face repeating, “I have the receipt right here.” 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀🤦‍♀🤦‍♀

I had to walk out, husband finally spoke to a manager who helped rectify somewhat, but I don’t trust the food (I also saw the other cashier handle regular cupcakes from the case and then reach hands into the GF case (which is tiny) without glove change or any regard for what she was doing). The solution that kept coming up from staff was a gift card to come back. This shows how little they were paying attention and listening. Very first thing I said when ordering was that we were traveling home out of state! I must have said it twenty more times after! No, I don’t want a gift card!

I also won’t forget how I was treated and the unnecessary time she added to our attempt to get back home today. What should have been a 10 minute experience lasted over 30, and left a literal and figurative bad taste in our mouth.

Not only do I question Celiac safety of this establishment, I question food safety in general after what I watched. Gross.

Oh my goodness, we LOVE this place! Not only do they have several gf choices but they also had two varieties of vegan as well which is huge for my celiac daughter who recently found out she can’t have dairy. The cupcakes are so moist and delicious you would never know they are gf/ vegan. As a bonus they are next door to a Zoe’s Kitchen which has fabulous gf Mediterranean.

Amazing cupcakes and staff! My daughters are so happy to have found a safe bakery that carries gluten free cupcakes. They had at least 8 types of cupcakes available, red velvet, chocolate, vanilla were some.
