All gf bakery and cafe. Chocolate cupcakes were super yummy. Carrot cake ones had coconut flakes that we were not fans of. Have not tried the regular food yet. They recently moved to this new location just over a week ago.

Sweet Elizabeth’s Organics just opened on Centennial Boulevard. It is a dedicated gluten free restaurant and the food is amazing. The cinnamon rolls there are so good! It’s a charming space to go for coffee or lunch and the gluten free pastries are the best in the city. I’m trying lunch there next as the menu looks so good. It’s totally safe for those with Celiac Disease.

Amazing! The bakery is 100% gluten free. I had one of their pizzas with the marinara sauce, very yummy!

This place is amazing! My husband and I stopped in yesterday for the first time. As soon as we walked in, the owner immediately asked what foods we wanted to avoid. How refreshing! We both got the veggie bowl which was sooo good. My husband had the soup which was a generous portion with a GF roll. He really enjoyed it. For dessert I had a donut with chocolate icing. This had to be the best donut I’ve ever had. My husband got the chocolate whoopie pie which he really liked. We’ll definitely be back.

Incredible bakery, the best gf bread in Colorado!

Delicious whoopie pies—the fruit fillings taste like real fruit, not like Jolly Ranchers, and the cakes/cookies have a pleasant light whole grain-y taste. Elizabeth really cares about what she does. She uses purity protocol oats for her staple flour and, as one who is sensitive to some GF oats, I had no reaction. Products seem a bit pricey to me (about $5+ for most things, like a small cinnamon roll) but I’d happily go back.

All Gluten Free, dairy free, and organic! The cookies are soft with a nice crunch, and the donuts are unbelievable!! She usually has an assortment of scones, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, whoopie pies, and cinnamon rolls!

I finally made it into Sweet Elizabeth’s today after meaning to for a month since they opened. The selection was all fresh, Elizabeth was working and is just the sweetest person ever. Not only has she created a place where medically necessary gf people can get treats safely, she’s working to create a supportive community and culture for allergy friendly families here in the Springs. Her pizza crust, which to purchase after I had a small sample was delicious and thicker than most and the carrot cake that I ate on the spot was also super yummy.
Great spot! Can’t wait to go back with my kiddos! :)
