What a wonderful place! I had the cookie dough ice cream (he uses Sweet Loren’s cookie dough). Everything is gluten free, the owner is friendly and showed the gf label on the oat milk they use in their plant based ice creams. Some of the best ice cream I have had in a long time and I am so happy we made the trip up to Denver to enjoy this spot.
