The employee was not at all knowledgeable about which flavors were gluten free. Pretty sure she didn’t know what gluten was honestly. They also don’t have a list of gluten free flavors or the ingredients for each flavor so I didn’t feel very comfortable just having to take her word for it when she looked super confused what I was talking about.. ended up just getting the chocolate and wasn’t super impressed for the $6 it cost. Didn’t get sick though

The person who helped us was knowledgeable about what flavors were gluten free. I wondered if Butterfingers were gluten free and she said yes, they were I didn't get this flavor, but later looked online and she was right

Most of the options are gluten free and there is no hidden gluten in the gelato per the manager. Separate scoops are used for each flavor. Very tasty!
