Waiter was knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. Explained what I could eat safely(including gluten free toast grilled on foil to avoid the shared toaster) and what to avoid (such as hash browns which are gluten free but cooked on the same griddle as pancakes- I appreciated the thoughtful explanation which showed good training). I enjoyed my delicious omelette, fresh squeezed juice and coffee. Baked goods looked great for non celiac companions. Very friendly staff. Nice place!
