They do have a GF menu and Udi's bread. I called in my order. The first person I talked to was so clueless though I asked for someone else. She actually erred on the side of caution as to what they did and didn't have GF, leaning out some chips but I'm ok with that. Plenty of options, they change their gloves, but the staff should be better trained. Celiac and did not get sick.
Yes
They have Udi's gluten free bread and on Thursdays and Fridays they have a gluten free soup. I ordered the chicken club on gluten free bread and the potato salad and did not have a reaction. Will be going again soon!

I'll start off with saying I'm not big into deli food, but I have been absolutely craving bread and my fiancee had never been before so we decided to swing by. The gluten free bread is an additional 50¢ and frankly very hard. It doesn't look toasted at all, but feels overly toasted. At first I thought it was stale, but I do think they just left it toasting too long because the bread wasn't browning properly. This is also the only gluten free option on the menu that I saw. Besides the limited options, it really isn't terrible. I'll probably just tell them not to toast the bread if we decide to come back.

It’s a sandwich. You can make one at home, but it’s convenient if you’re on the road.

have only eaten here once, but the salad I ordered was pretty good! they have a separate gluten free menu, and the staff is very acknowledgeable about celiac/gluten intolerances. They also have Udi’s gluten free bread, but I have yet to try it!
