Ate here while biking the Katy Trail. I got the pulled pork with French fries and applesauce. The food was excellent and I did not get sick.

This place was amazing & the staff was very knowledgeable about what is gluten-free on the menu. I had the bar-b-q tacos & green beans. The workers there are so friendly that you can spark up an easy conversation with them.

All their sauces and meat are gf. Their sides aren't except the fruit cup. I can't have yeast I tell them I can't have gf yeast. Its all very good and they are very friendly.

All the BBQ sauces are GF. The only items NOT GF grits, pit beans and sausage. We have eaten here many times and never had any issues.

Highly recommend and love that there is now somewhere else to eat GF in Jeff city

Great BBQ, never been sick after eating there.

Staff was very quick to answer about gluten free questions and advised me what foods to not order. Very awesome BBQ and will return!

Great BBQ restaurant in Jefferson City! Everything on the menu is gluten-free except the bread and fries. I had brisket, sausage, and pit beans. Delicious!!

Love the Texas Tacos!!!!!! I’ve been here twice and staff have been accommodating to my food allergies. Most everything is gluten free but the sandwiches.

Excellent bbq, safe for celiacs. Everything is GF although I did not ask about fries. Sauces are all GF. This is a great addition to JC!

Almost all the menu items are gluten free. I did not try the fries & chips as they are prepared in a fryer that use to be used for other items. The staff was knowledgeable about preparing GF and the serving platters are lined with fresh paper every time. The portions are large, lots of options, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious! They have a bar inside and they cater too.
