Sweet Bay has a couple of gluten free options labeled on the menu, just don’t eat the pork belly appetizers!! I’ve ordered the pork belly 2-3 times because they are labeled gluten free, but every time I eat them I have a bad reaction. It’s a cross contamination issue with the fryer, so if cross contamination doesn’t bother you I would 100% percent order the pork belly. Everything else is pretty good. I recommend the paella and the seared halibut. The crème brûlée has a bit of a funky taste, just something to watch out for.

This was a special occasion night as it is pricey but for once we felt the food, cocktails and service were worth it. We had GF salmon taco appetizer, GF shrimp and grits, and GF chocolate mousse. All delicious. They have a nice outdoor seating area with fans, heaters and retractable roof and sides. Inside the bar was jumping and it was too noisy for us. And the smoked rye old fashioned was quite a production and delicious. I get the impression it can be quite a hot spot so you may need to inquire about safety, I just ordered items designated as GF on the menu. I recommend reservations, but we went on a Saturday in June.
