Got the shroomami bowl and didn’t get sick. When I said I couldn’t have gluten the staff person changed their gloves. Very few items in the store contain gluten and I didn’t see any problematic cross contamination between the trays with different toppings. Food was delicious.

Ordered the Winter Squash salad and didn’t specify that I had celiac. Tested with my Nima sensor and it reported no gluten.
It may just be me- but I get sick every time I eat at this location. Even when I put gluten allergy

I eat at sweet green at home whenever I can, so I knew this would be a safe bet when in Boston for the day. Almost all ingredients are GF. I always say “no bread” just in case. Got my custom spinach salad and ate it in the Garden. š

Stopped in here while traveling. When I asked the person behind the counter to change their gloves, as it was an "allergy" order, he washed his hands thoroughly, changed his gloves and made sure no one else in the assembly line handled my order. I really appreciated his efforts, as there was a line to the door and everyone working there was in over-drive.
Yes
Almost entirely gluten free. Menu is well marked. Just tell the staff when ordering.

Slightly overpriced but good quality ingredients.

Amazing salads. I love how this place naturally is pretty much 97% GF. The quinoa/farro, and croutons are off limits, but I always substitute wild rice for the quinoa/farro and never want to have croutons in my SG salads. So, nbd. This is my go-to place for salads. I wouldn't go elsewhere for a salad unless I was under a time crunch and SG wasn't nearby. They also have an app in which you can build rewards, order ahead online, and pay.
Only downside--they don't accept cash and that isn't advertised well. I've seen a couple customers caught off guard by it without any other form of payment. Although not accepting cash isn't a problem for me, I can and have seen how it is a problem for many other people. If SG continues to do this, their no-cash policy should be blatantly obvious.
Amazing. Staff always knowledgeable about gluten and so nice. The salads are delicious and taste fresh. I would always recommend eating here to anyone!

Excellent food. Everything is labeled on menu. They will change their gloves if you say gf allergy. Super friendly. Love this place.

Thank you so much. Trying to eat out with gluten, dairy and other allergies is so hard. Ordering here was a breeze! The food was fresh and delicious! I'll be back!

Staff not knowledgeable in my experience - I was fed wheatberries after asking many times if my salad was gluten free. After eating it I just had a feeling something was wrong - went back and asked and they realized their mistake. At first they laughed it off saying the employee who made my salad was new and he just didn't understand what gluten was. Disappointed because their concept is great.

Knowledgeable staff and excellent food. It's made me a salad lunch person.
Delicious and can make almost any salad completely GF. Most salads don't have gluten naturally though and they make all their dressings from scratch. Just make sure not to get the "grain mix" because it has farro in it.
Salads & bowls are the specialty, several GF options - chix pesto parm, miso salmon ect.
However extremely overpriced and small portions. LIC branch less appealing overall than other branches.

Always a positive experience ordering here. They do have non GF ingredients but I consider the cross contact pretty low risk for myself. They change gloves no questions asked. I get the Harvest Bowl (with blackened chicken) and I’ve never had a reaction. Note their menu marks what DOES contain gluten with a G (rather than the typical labeling of GF items) so be careful when you order.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I told the rude lady there I had a gluten allergy and she said everything is gluten free besides the croutons. She didn’t change her gloves (I saw her grab croutons with her hands) and when I asked her to make sure the chicken was gluten free she got frustrated and she said all that was in it was “oil and spices”. The cc is high too since the gluten items are next to the gluten free items. I am sick because of this place.
