I’m a celiac and I was so excited to eat here. The food was delish and it had a great atmosphere but unfortunately it made me sick. If you’re a celiac or super sensitive I would be cautious to eat here. I had the tortilla soup and the salmon tacos.

Not only a dedicated gf restaurant, but it is absolutely delicious. We ordered rosemary focaccia bread, tortilla soup, and I had the flatbread pizza. The server was fabulous.

Completely GF menu. I had a delicious breakfast burrito and my wife had enchiladas. Interesting menu options that don't necessarily seem like they fit together, but very good nonetheless.

By far, the best GF experience ever! I was so excited to learn that everything on the menu was gluten-free and that I could just relax and enjoy the food instead of worrying about cross-contamination. It was the first time that I’ve been able to share a meal with my partner at a restaurant as he doesn’t normally eat gluten-free. There was a great variety of options to choose from. We even both ordered a dessert and shared them. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’m so glad I stopped to eat here. The bison burger with bacon and green chili was very good and also very spicy. No gluten and they substituted for dairy. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic food that is safe for those with celiac disease!! I had the Hunter’s Chicken and my mom had the Japchae Korean Glass Noodles with Bison. Both dishes were amazing!! We also had the tres leches cake and the vegan lemon coconut pie and they were scrumptious!! Also, great service!

This place is wonderful! The food is so good. I had the Japchae Korean noodles with bison and YUM! My friends had breakfast tacos and grateful green paleo wrap. All were delicious! The service was great. It is a nice atmosphere. It is such a relief to know I won’t get sick! Worth a visit even if you aren’t gluten free!

This was the best gf restaurant I have been to. All the food is solid and they bake everything in house. I enjoyed everything.

I can't say if it made me sick or not because I am on antibiotics, but based on other reviews and how ok I feel after eating here, I think it's 100% safe.

Airy and bright restaurant with an entirely GF menu. Interesting and diverse menu with an emphasis on local ingredients, vegan and vegetarian options. Local beer (not GF), wines, kombucha, iced and hot coffees and teas. We had a roasted salmon taco and a bison burger on GF bun. Excellent cup of spicy turkey tortilla soup. Too full for dessert though the options looked delicious.

Our teen daughter has celiac disease and we’re all vegan, so finding a place that can accommodate both safely while traveling away from home is challenging. Seeetwater did just that: we tried several of the vegan items and everything was delicious. Great vibe too. We’ll be back for sure!

That is my go to place when I don't feel like cooking at home. I highly recommend it. The only thing they don't know is that celiac patients cannot digest raw or undercooked veggies I love the fact that I eat there without worries

I mean, what am I going to say that hasn’t been said? If you’re gluten free you are going to try this place. We actually liked this place way better than Geronimo and it is the only place we wanted to come back to in Santa Fe. The ambiance, food, selection, lighting, EVERYTHING…chef’s kiss! We ordered the veggie burger & flatbread cheese pizza (with mushroom, red pepper, buffalo sausage)… for dessert we got the carrot cake and banana cream pie - everything was perfection and we love that they don’t use xanthan gum (my partner has a corn sensitivity). The flatbread was not cardboard…it was soft. The veggie burger had avocado on it, was full of flavor and the bun was also soft. We wish they had fresh cracked pepper, but that is ok! We loved that they had a Syrah that didn’t have sulfites. I wish we could take this restaurant back to SLC, with us!!

Oh and the service was excellent!

A regular favorite, I even brought one of their amazing peach pies to my mom in California! Love their brunches and lunches, their house salad, salmon tacos, and salmon donburi are go-to favorites in our house. Their pies and carrot cake keep us coming back regularly. We are foodies, and my husband isn’t even gluten intolerant, but he LOVES these pie crusts more than anywhere in town. I have to agree.

What a gem! Everything is GF but no compromise on taste. As a award winner for area clearly the gluten eaters don’t miss it either! No reactions for my sensitive celiac daughter. Enjoyed carrot cake and thumbprint cookie reminded my of Italian grandma’s. Breakfast burrito was amazing. My daughter likes hash with shredded potatoes and the sweet potatoes are chopped so if you like shredding may not be for you. Get a reservation if you want to sit on the lovely porch.

We had brunch here (and then ordered curbside lunch later in the day), and both meals were great! My husband has to eat gluten free, and everything on the menu is GF! I have to eat dairy free, and the vegan options (which are dairy free) are clearly marked. Vegan and GF desserts are offered, and they tasted fantastic! Our dog was also able to join us on the patio which made our trip much easier! We had our toddler with us, and we saw a few other families with small children, and there are some kid friendly foods on the menu!

Simply amazing experiences. Wife is celiac, so we tried this place our first evening, and ended up going four times in the five days we visited Santa Fe.

We tried the hunter’s chicken, kimchi fried rice with shrimp, salmon donburi, Korean glass noodle with cauliflower rice and shrimp, bison burger and Chile relleno. All were world-class. (And we’ve traveled the world, so we really mean this.)

For appetizers, turkey tortilla soup and drunken shrimp were yum.

For breakfast, pumpkin pancakes and paleo burrito were awesome.

For dessert, carrot cake, mixed berry pie and banana cream pie were all delicious.

All of this food - and absolutely no problems at all afterwards for my wife.

We enjoyed a chat with co-owner Les Samuel, who explained about their shift to dedicated gluten free. Also, call out to our frequent server Angel, who was a pro.

Bravo to this delicious and professional restaurant.

Excellent food. Arrived late and got an order to go rather quickly. Bison burger with bacon was excellent as was the bun. Huge salad came with it with a fabulous dressing. We got some potatoes to share. Plenty of food. My teen got the spinach salad which was huge. We shared the carrot cake which was good and moist but more of a spice cake. The chocolate pie was ok. I was not a fan of the coconut flakes in the crust and was expecting a richer and thicker chocolate. So that was just ok. The main entrees were excellent. We didn’t eat inside but the inside was nice.
