Make sure you ask for their gluten-sensitive menu so that the server will ensure you get the correct modifications made. The manager will also come to your table to check on you and explain that there can still be cross contamination.
Love the flavor of basically any dish on the GS menu but my faves are the salads, ribs, or coven with gf pasta.
