I ate here 3 times during my stay in Honolulu and it time was great. Each time I got the margherita pizza on the cauliflower crust. All the servers are friendly and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They assured me the gluten free pizzas are cooked on a separate surface. I never got sick and the pizzas had a lot of flavor which was a pleasant surprise for a margherita pizza.

A couple options for lunch. I got the margarita pizza on cauliflower crust. Waiter was knowledgeable and assured that the pizza would be cooked on a separate surface to avoid CC and I didn’t get sick!

I stumbled upon SWIM on level 3 of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and was very pleasantly surprised. They have amazing gluten free kalbi and poke and their menu is clearly marked with gluten free options. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re in the Waikiki area!
