Asked the waiter and he said the only GF options are the steaks (which are very expensive) and the salads. Had salads, which were not bad, but did not feel like a proper dinner.

Had the trout with fingerling potatoes, ricotta spinach stuffing and lemon cream sauce. Gluten free and delicious! The waiter advised me to help me select this dish.

They prepared my food separately. And our waiter also has food allergies. It was clear they were knowledgeable and took all my food allergies very seriously. I am allergic to most of the top 10 allergies plus some.
Excellent

Really delicious meal. There were 4-5 fish options, plus steak. The staff were very helpful, guiding me around what was and what wasn’t GF.

Worst place we've ever eaten for $150 meal! Overcooked seafood, forgotten appetizer, manager aware and walked away shrugging. Spent our hour long wait for a table at the bar where all of the staff were complain about three partitions and how busy they were. Should've figured it out then. Horrible service!!!
We ate at Jack's Sports Grill (next to Switchback). The menu does not specify GF options and they do not have a dedicated fryer but the server was helpful and I was able eat something... Good old burger in a lettuce wrap with raw veggies on the side. Was pretty tasty and no gluten reaction.
The server was very helpful! I ordered one of the fish dishes and he made sure it was prepared GF. He said the chefs are very aware of the need to prepare food in separate area and with separate tools. He apologized for not having any GF bread as appetizer (which the rest of my party got to eat) and said that he has been working on getting the kitchen to order GF bread for tables. Nonetheless, I had a delicious and safe meal. It was a bit pricey, but worth it!
