I’ve been here a few times, and have had a good experience. They’re great about answering questions, you can get most of the eggs Benedict on hash browns and you can also top hash browns with basically anything you want. Waffles and toast are made in shared equipment, so those aren’t celiac safe; it’s also a very small kitchen, so there is a chance of cross contamination, but the servers are always very understanding and talk with the kitchen to take as much precaution as possible.
