Symposium Coffee

Was excited to try their pastries, but only one of them was gluten free & contained a different ingredient I can’t tolerate. Maybe they have more options at different times. The GF items were individually wrapped to avoid any cross contamination.

I feel like I just won the pastry lottery!!! ALL the pastries at Symposium Coffee are gluten free. They also have a shop in Tigard, across the street from the Transit Center. I had pumpkin chocolate chip bread with a Caramel Macchiato.
