Szechuan Brothers

So excited to finally have a place in Vancouver to find gluten free Chinese food options. They don't have a specific gf menu but their menu notes to let your server know of allergies or sensitivities. Our waiter said that they can modify most items to be gf. We ordered the fried rice and cashew chicken and it was noted on everything to use tamari instead. Not sure what the risk of cross contamination is but I had no issues from eating it and it was delicious!
