It was my first time at this establishment and I was really excited to have a completely gluten free place, but in my opinion it was not worth it. The food was very pricey for the small quantity that is given. While I do appreciate the freshness of the food, I was blown away by my hour long wait time. I would not say it was overly busy, but for two smoothies and orders of scrambled eggs, it was ridiculous. I will not be returning.

This place is wonderful. The food is awesome and the smoothies are out of this world. I've never had anything but excellent service. I come from 30 plus miles aw ay just for this place.

I was excited to try this place and really wanted to like it. Very comfortable sit-down area. The folks working inside were super nice. The prices seem reasonable compared to other locations.

The cinnamon roll tasted great, but the presentation was…off-putting. I’m guessing their cinnamon rolls are frozen and heated before serving, seeing as they leave a big pool of liquid under the cinnamon roll.

My partner and I both tried a bowl - unfortunately, different toppings we ordered or that were supposed to be included were missing. My wife ordered a chicken bowl that arrived with no chicken. I ordered a few extra toppings that didn’t get put in.

The food seemed fresh, but could easily be so much better with a little more effort. Overall the food was very plain, lacking any sincere flavor that would encourage us to come back.

Tried a couple smoothies too! These were okay, but again, the drinks could easily be so much better with a little more effort. For example, the drinks with cayenne sprinkled on top instead of mixed into the drink to give the kick it’s supposed to… They need to work on delivering balanced presentation and taste.

This place is a gem. I’m a regular smoothie customer (pink panther with collagen).They are also dairy-free. They make everything on the spot, so everything is adaptable.

Very clean, cute cafe, love that they have so many gluten free options. The cinnamon rolls are to die for. I haven’t had a good one in YEARS! We tried the buffalo chicken breakfast scramble and it was good too.

Such a cute place! Everything is gluten free and celiac safe. They have a wide variety of drinks like smoothies, protein shakes, juices, coffee, and tea. Their bowls are super good and very healthy! Would definitely go here again!!!

Awesome to find a takeout dedicated GF option while we were traveling! Muffins and cookies are delicious! Great flavor, texture and really could not tell they were GF. The bowls are tasty and fresh too;quantity was a little on the light side. Very nice place to dine in, although we did take out. Quick and friendly service; we’ll be back the next time we are in the area.

The entire restaurant is gluten free! No risk of cross contamination. Many options available, such as meal bowls, scramble bowls, salads, juice, smoothies, teas and deserts. I've had multiple different meals and have enjoyed all of them. High quality, fresh ingredients and all made to order. We love stopping by and getting lunch here.

5 stars for the protein balls, baked goods, and smoothies. 3 stars at best for the bowls/salads/scrambles. The chicken has an over-processed texture and the rest of the food is kind of bland. It is nice to be able to order anything on the menu, but I wish their meal options were as delicious as their snacks and beverages.

Ordered the Sunrise Scramble Bowl. It was nice to find a place to grab a quick gluten free bite in Kansas somewhere safe before hitting the road. The bowl was ok but I had to reread the menu. The chicken was so bland and the texture was strange. I almost confused it for tofu. I ended up just picking the chicken out.

The muffins I got to go were pretty good but a little soft from the way they were wrapped.
