This is my 4th or 5th visit to Tmacs over the past few years and I've always had great (and safe) food from here. Recently I visited for a family get-together and we had such a great experience. Our server was really knowledgeable and was able to help my mom and I narrow down our options (I had the lamb chops with butternut squash puree, she had the GF/EF/DF prawns and scallops with veggies in a tasty broth, and we shared a GF/vegan butternut squash soup that was the star of the evening). My dad, who can eat gluten, said the lobster mac and calamari app were both fantastic (for those who can have those.) Neither my mom or I had a reaction afterward.

Food was delicious! Probable the best Lamb Chops I have ever had. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable with food allergies. Can do most of the menu GF except pasta. Fantastic atmosphere with live piano music.

Called TMACS. Great atmosphere- knowledgeable staff and at least half of their diverse menu can be made GF. My daughter (celiac) had the Seafood rice bowl and said it was delicious and had no problems. Vegetarian, seafood and meat options that were GF. Highly recommend

Very knowledgable staff. They make their own GF pasta. The service was great. I'm a celiac and the meal was not contaminated. It is pricey and can get very loud as the restaurant fills.
Update:
No longer make nor have any gf pasta. It’s safe but not very exciting gf menu.
Yes
everything BUT the pasta can be made gluten free, which isn't a ton unless you're satisfied with a soup or salad.
No
They no longer have gf pasta, but I had a very yummy steak salad.
