an update review.....the last review left me certain that this was a risk but we tried it. The chef came out and personally took my celiac daughters order on a bright pink slip, then our waiter came back for the rest of the family. The chef gave us about 15 options. On a side note they also unlocked the dino dig area for my five year old even though it was closed because we got there at 740 and they closed at 8. They went out of their way, provided excellent service, and my daughter did not get sick.
Yes
Chef came out and made suggestions. my husband ordered the exact same thing. waiters couldn't figure out which was GF or not. I was sick on way home. won't be going back. Not CD friendly.
No
I let the waitress know I was gf and she had a chef come to my table to take my order. He asked, “What are you looking at and I’ll tell you how we can make it gluten free.” I ordered the queso, Shrimp Alfredo, and Cherry Limeade. The chef suggested potato chips as a substitute to tortilla chips to avoid cc. I’m intolerant/sensitive so cc doesn’t affect me as severely. I was not affected by the tortilla chips at all. The shrimp Alfredo came with gf pasta and the chef explained that he could make Alfredo sauce with cream, butter, and cheese, fully omitting any flour. He asked if that sounded good to me. I really appreciated how they asked if things sounded good rather than staying that something was just going to be this way or that. I felt very understood and safe. I wanted the dessert but was completely full by the meal I already had. To finish off, the Cherry limeade came in a special souvenir cup. I figured it would be expensive and only come with the single serving, but I was surprised to get multiple refills included in the $9 price! Also to note, someone from the kitchen brought my food out separately from my boyfriend’s order, which was definitely not gf, adding to me being more impressed with their precaution and attention to my needs.

Actually impressed....told bartender I was GF (didn't want to wait for a table) and he sent a manager out to go over all their options and make suggestions. I did the rotisserie chicken dinner and it was really good. It came with red skinned mashed potatoes and veggies. Came a second time and the same scenario with a Manager happened. I didn't get sick and trusted the recommendations especially when asked about cross contamination.

My daughter and I (both celiac) enjoyed our food and felt great afterward. Manager came over to talk through all options and make sure our order was marked as allergy for kitchen staff Loved that my picky daughter could get GF noodles cooked separately with no cross contamination. I had the rotisserie chicken.

Most of the menu (even the rice and corn-based dishes) are out because of cross contamination. I had to wait for a manager to order and then the server and manager wrote down two different orders. After being seated for an hour, we are all still waiting for food.
