The menu is well-labeled with GF as well as notes for GF (without bread) or GF (shared fryer). About 1/3 of the menu falls into the completely gluten-free category, and I’ve liked everything there over the years. It’s a go-to in downtown Durham for us.
I did not ask questions about cross-contact outside the fryer.
