Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque

First, the flamenco show was incredible. I didn’t really expect many food options since I was really there for the show but we ate several dishes (they’re tapas=small plates) & had the flan. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that they sent us 2 of 4 dishes without having modified for gluten (the baguette slice was in the shrimp & the pita was in the salad). But the waitress immediately took them back & brought new dishes, it took a little while & I didn’t get sick so I’m confident they remade them. I think it’s just that because they seat everyone almost at the same time & are trying to get stuff done before the show as much as possible it’s a bit more rushed in the kitchen than a typical restaurant that has more staggered seating times.
