Must have gotten a new server so he was not knowledge and I finally suggested he go ask about the fryer. (They do have a dedicated fryer). I ordered the fried chicken which was more like a chicken tender and wasn't very good (dry and bland). They do have gf bread (Brazilian bites). Everything else was really good and nice atmosphere inside a Boutique Hotel.

The food is so delicious! The staff is there to make sure all is safe and that there will be no cross contamination. High end restaurant but well worth the money!

You need to tell them your gluten free and ask to speak to chef Scott. He is very knowledgeable and even purchased gluten free flour so that he could make me fried chicken! He is very flexible and understanding of celiacs.
