Advise the server at the front about your food allergies and intolerance. When I told them about my gluten intolerance, they gave me a menu containing the gluten free items including GF burgers, meat options for main courses and GF desserts. In addition, they handed me a binder with every item listed on the menu with the allergens each of them has, which was very comprehensive. No obvious surcharge noted for the GF items compared to the equivalent items with gluten in them.
