Excellent place to eat. The toast was exceptional. Do not get hash browns for cross contamination. Staff was very knowledgeable. The waffles were SO FLUFFY! But bland lol Celiac and did not get sick! Highly recommend.

Be careful here. I used to find it safe to eat here but in the last two months service and possibly the cooks have changed . I have had a hash brown patty brought to me twice with a piece of biscotti on top. They say they can accommodate for gluten allergy but they do not seem to understand and often confuse it with vegetarian.

Fantastic- everything on the European breakfast could be modified, came up as GF on Nima, and was just a phenomenal value for what you got.

Wonderful restaurant, the food was delicious! A lot of gluten free options and they prepare food in a dedicated area ! It was super, will go back everytime I’ll be in Vegas ! A must !!

Came here for breakfast after reading online that they had GF waffles. Make sure you ask them to cook them in a separate kitchen with a different maker and they will do it... or else it will be on the same iron as the gluten waffles and just cleaned. But GET THE WAFFLE it is amazing!!!

The BEST restaurant I’ve been to in Vegas!!! The food was amazing and almost every single thing was GF or could be made GF. The brunch was to die for and the service was so great. We’ll definitely be back!!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and took great care to ensure no cross contamination. Gluten free dishes are made in a completely separate area in the kitchen. Staff checked back several times and explained the great care they take to ensure safety. I highly recommend.

Pricey, but very safe. Staff very knowledgeable about celiac disease! Hats off too them!!!

Has GF menu. Staff was very helpful and waiter said she also has celiac so understood my concerns. Ate the waffle with strawberries and had a fruit plate as well. It was amazing and I did not get sick. Going back today.

Although I only ate at Tableau for breakfast they have gf options for every meal. Where can you find gf waffles topped powdered sugar and strawberries? Right here... and they are amazing. They are five star all on their own
