at first this seems like an exciting find. they say they can make anything gluten free. they don't add that what they mean is they'll just leave out whatever has gluten in it. so if you were looking forward to a sushi roll with sauce, chances are you can't have the sauce. ditto the ramen. they don't have rice noodles.
