My daughter has a wheat, barley, soy, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts and oats allergy and she absolutely loved this place. The staff was very patient with us as we listed her allergies, outlined everything she could have which was about 80% of the items and while she’s a 9yr old that hasn’t quite expanded her pallet to like mushrooms and spicy things, it was comforting to know that they had plenty of options for her. The best part is that she loved her food and did not have a reaction at all! We were only here visiting Tampa and glad we stopped in for a bite.

They have THE BEST fried chicken in the area and it’s celiac safe because the normal fried chicken IS the GF fried chicken. They give you queso as an option to add on top of their GIANT jam packed bowls! Craving even more of a fried feast or want to go vegetarian? They also have fried Buffalo Broccoli bites that they consider a “veggie” selection to add to the bowls! Pro Tip for maximum fried chicken experience: Order an additional side of chicken tenders for less than $5 to take home! We make the hour long trip + tolls up to St. Pete just to be able to indulge in this gourmet food found in a hip little neighborhood. Is most forgot to mention they have GF ice cream sandwiches using chocolate chip cookies!! The St Pete location is equally as amazing and has better fried chicken than the other restaurant they share a location with, Better Byrd! Check out the crunchy chicken in the pic!

Awesome, almost entirely GF, well labeled menu and has GF cookies! So glad I stopped for lunch, delicious!

For a vegan celiac it was amazing! So many choices and great flavor. Will be going again before my trip is over
