Staff is knowledgeable and takes allergies and celiac seriously. Note that this is NOT a dedicated facility as they do offer flour tortillas used in two burrito dishes -- these are clearly marked on the menu as not GF. However the frier is dedicated gluten free and after talking to the staff, I felt comfortable. Anyway - I'm a super sensitive celiac and I ate here safely! Also the food was delicious - creative taco options. Get the hush puppies appetizer! Also brisket and portobello tacos were both amazing. Would absolutely eat here again!
