Ordered at the counter and the staff was very knowledgeable about cross contact. They explained to me that the corn tacos are cooked on the same surface as the wheat burritos. The pork carnita is also prepped on a glutenized surface.
The deep fryer is gluten free so chips and crispy tostadas are safe as is the burrito bowl. The beef, chicken tinga, al pastor, and beans as well as the rice and salsas are gluten free.
