Taco Inc

The food was fabulous. I had carnitas tacos with veggies as a side. It was challenging to communicate with the two employees about gluten, so celiacs beware. We were the only ones there when we went. I did observe as I was leaving though, one of them making something on the grill with what looked to me like a massive flour tortilla nearly the size of a large pizza. This was next to where he heated my vegetables. Soooo, I'd ask if gluten is used in that grill.

Almost everything is gluten free besides anything with a flour tortilla but for a lot of their items they use corn tortillas. haven't gotten sick I always get the carnitas tacos.
