I confirmed with the staff that their beef is gluten free and requested the gluten-free hardshells for my tacos. I have CD but not the typical GI symptoms - but did NOT have my normal CD symptoms post lunch.

Very good fast food. They post their gluten-free menu next to their regular menu. Use gluten free corn taco shells and tortillas
