My recent experience at this restaurant was disappointing, to say the least. Despite being a frequent visitor, last night's encounter with the owner left a sour taste in my mouth. Not only was my order taken incorrectly, but when I brought it to his attention, he was dismissive and unwilling to make it right. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he accused me of having consumed the food, even though it was clearly not what I had ordered.
This incident has made me question whether I'll return to this establishment. As a resident of Sunny Isles for over seven years, I've seen the decline in quality firsthand. There are certainly better dining options in the area, and I would even go as far as to say that you can get a better meal at Chipotle.
To the owner: Your treatment of guests reflects poorly on your establishment. Dining out with my daughter is a rare treat for us, and your lack of respect and professionalism ruined what should have been an enjoyable Saturday night. Both of us left hungry and unsatisfied, ultimately choosing to dine elsewhere. It's a shame that you prioritize your ego over customer satisfaction.
