Amazing experience at Taco Labs! I was so happy they had yummy gluten free tacos and appetizers. Menu is clearly marked with items that can be made or already are gluten free. Yash (so sorry if I spelt his name wrong) made my experience phenomenal. He mentioned which taco options he recommends as some sauces are made fresher than others. This review was posted 3 days after my dining experience at Taco Labs and I can confirm I felt/feel great and did not get sick. The only thing I will say is my meal was not marked as being gluten free (i.e. no special GF/allergy flag or different dish) so I had to verify which is why I gave 4/5 for safety.
