Taco Libre

Tried to communicate to staff my needs. Took a lot for cashier to understand. Menu had items labeled GF..so I ordered a Pollo bowl. Am now sick. I should of not eaten anything because I was questioning if the cashier really understood.

I love this place. Most of their menu is gluten free and if you talk to the staff they will have kitchen change gloves and prepare your food so it’s safe to eat.

I went today after seeing all the great reviews and I asked about gluten free options and they said pretty much everything had gluten and They didn’t have any options for me. The cashier even asked in the back. So I chose to not risk it and try anything because they clearly weren’t knowledgeable. I was pretty bummed!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A lot of choices to pick from on the menu.

Almost there entire menu is GF minus the usual suspects such as a chiro and flour shells. Very good Street Tacos!

The majority of the menu is gluten free with few exceptions. The staff was knowledgeable on process to avoid cross contamination, such as wiping down the flat top and ensuring gloves are changed. Meat and toppings are all entirely GF.
