I always get the roasted wings with celery or carrots- if you have celiacs do not get fries or tots as they are fried with chicken tenders. You will have to check online to see which of the sauces are gf- I think there are only two that aren’t. I’ve never gotten sick from the roasted wings and I’m very sensitive.

If you have Celiac, your only options are roasted wings or salad. The roasted wings are really good. TERRIBLE service here though. Ordered some wings for carry out and sat in the restaurant for an hour waiting. Apparently they had been sitting in the back the whole time but no one even said anything to us until we asked if they were done after 45 minutes.
Yes
There are gluten free food options on the menu including wings but I don't have a cross contamination concern. But no gluten free beer, with 96 beer options, that's disappointing.
Yes
Was gluten poisoned last time I went. Margarita mix or tortilla chips maybe?
Wishes taco macs menu was a bit more considerate. Wings are good but they are one of the few places I can't get gluten free chilli or fries. Authentic chilli is thickened with Masa flour which is corn based not sure why theirs isn't. And surely they can afford a dedicated frier for french fries and tortilla chips. I always feel left out when I come with friends. I'd love to be able to get some chilli cheese fries or snack on some chips and salsa. The non dairy and non soy options are scarce too luckily I'm not affected by that

Taco Mac does not dedicate certain fryers, cross-contamination is possible. Celiacs beware, those with gluten intolerance may be okay. The allergen list is hard to look at on mobile site.

Has an allergy menu and knowledgeable staff. Wings and nachos can be ordered gluten-free. Wife has wheat allergy. This location and Woodstock have been great!

The oven-roasted wings are gluten free in most flavors. There’s a list online of which flavors are GF. I haven’t tried other food here. The original wings are nominally gluten free, but fried with gluten items in a shared fryer.

They have baked wings and are awesome at making sure your order is right! Ciders on draft, celiac use a bottle. Most sauces are safe too

I checked out their allergy menu online before arriving at the restaurant, so I knew what I could safely eat. I ordered the oven roasted wings that were excellent! Along with carrot sticks, celery, and ranch. My husband ordered a burger, and found out that they offer gluten-free buns for future trips back. Asked the waitress about gluten-free beer, and they have two choices. Will definitely be back. Did not get sick.
