Excellent vegan tacos!. About half the tacos are not GF for understandable reasons (breading or seitan) but those that are require no modification.
If you tell them it's an allergy they change gloves and use a dedicated GF part of their grill. Their fryer is dedicated GF so you can get freshly fried corn tortilla chips in nachos.

The person at the counter was very clear about cross contamination and which things I could and could not get if I needed to worry about CC. The nachos are delicious and he knew they were made in a GF fryer. Not a huge menu for GF but really tasty!

Cheesy potato taco and the nachos are GF. Let the server know I had a gluten allergy and they prepared everything separately from my partners order. ❤
