This is a traditional Mexican restaurant. Waitresses were not familiar with “gluten-free”. We asked to speak with the chef. Victor, the executive chef, came out and spoke with us. I stated I have Celiac disease and needed a strict gluten free dinner please. Victor is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding of cross contamination. I let Victor pick my meal. He made a few alterations to his traditional meals. The food is outstanding and my stomach felt great later in the day as well! We returned later in the week and again Victor chose my meal. Excellent food. He checked on me twice during dinner. Highly recommend!
