I have ate here for years. I order the Pastor Fries because their fryers only fry French fries and they take the meat straight doesn't touch the grill. If it does touch a grill it's seperate grill. And the only thing they add on it is cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

Steak fries should be fine too because their steak is cook speerate as well.

The tortillas are made on a seperate grill with the lingua and other items.

My partner brought tacos from here back to the hotel for me. She said the staff doesn’t know about GF, but pretty much everything is homemade and naturally GF. They (exclusively?) make their own traditional corn tortillas. No issues for me, but YMMV.

Tacos tasted amazing! Packed with juicy meat. Al Pastor was mind blowing. Really ruins other taco places after you’ve tried it.

I had a horrible experience! Do not eat here!! Most of the time Mexican restaurants are pretty safe in general but this place uses the same press to make their flour and corn tortillas. We did not realize this until it was too late and I got very sick!

When we did find someone who knew what gluten free was, he laughed and said this place is the farthest from gluten free anywhere. They season all the meat!

We love this authentic little taco joint! I talked to one of the cooks at the other location, we ate at both, he said the fries are only fries alone. (For the carne asada fries) they really don't use flour tortillas. They make their own corn tortillas right there in front of you. Grill them and then slice and chop the meat there too. They are cooking carne asada constantly there on mesquite charcoal. It smells so good in there, and the tacos are authentic and delicious. You can talk to them about Gluten free, but there isn't any around to worry about really.

While they don’t have a GF menu, the shells are corn. I’ve had the El Pastor many times and never had a reaction. I haven’t seen anything with wheat on their menu but celiacs should probably steer clear.
