I’ve gotten take-out and dined-in successfully many times. They have one side of the griddle dedicated to the corn tortillas, and the other side is for flour. They do not have a separate menu, but the waitress was well educated and able to steer me towards safe options. If you order on Door Dash, you can mark your order as having a gluten allergy (as well as common allergies).
