Everything is gluten free except whatever goes in the fryer (including the chips) and the flour tortillas. I ate at their old location several times let them know I had a gluten allergy never got sick. Ate at their new location and the new young guy said it was his first job and he didn’t understand gluten and seemed sooo nervous so I spoke with his manager who took our order and verified they do all the same protocols with cross contamination. Did not get sick had carnita enchiladas!
