Review of Tahoe Mountain Brewing Co. Brew Pub

Let's start with the good: the food was delicious and safe to eat. They clearly marked on their menu which items had a "gluten free option". I went for the pulled pork taco on corn tortilla. I was very satisfied, and didn't get sick. Now, for why I deduced a star: I would never have known they had gluten free until I walked in there. I was on vacation with a group of people who were set on going there. So I looked at the menu online and didn't see gf. I then called to ask and the guy on the phone was like "uuuuhh, we have salad?" (never a good sign). But I decided to just go there to enjoy the company and probably eat something later at home. To my surprise and delight, they absolutely did have gf. Just annoys me that there was no way to know that.
