Delicious poke bowl and bubble tea!. Only thing I would be careful about is the fish eggs since they are sometimes seasoned with soy sauce. I decided not to risk it. It’s a good idea to ask if you’re not sure about something as the staff is friendly. They’re currently not doing dine-in due to COVID-19, but their takeout and ordering system seems pretty streamlined.

This is my new go-to sushi place in Chattanooga! I love their Poke Bowls, and their sauces are listed with allergens right in front of the register, so you can see which ones have gluten before you order. Fresh and delicious! I’ve eaten here twice with no reaction. No gluten free ramen, though. 😔
