Taj: Modern Indian Cuisine

The food smells delicious and when asked a server if they had any gluten free options, we were assured many of their dishes were gluten free except for their naan. We ordered the Chicken Biryani and a side of raita sauce. I requested a new pan/utensils due to Celiac and they assured they could accommodate. Upon testing it my NIMA, it came back with gluten found. I did not consume it and my fiance, who is not Celiac, ate it. I cannot recommend this as a safe dish or restaurant from my experience. I attempted this three times on different occasions, with the same result. If you are gluten free due to celiac or other autoimmune gluten intolerances, I would avoid this place. I rated this lowly because of safety but my fiance stated it was delicious.
