Update:
Takko now states they utilize tamari and gluten free gochujang on several of their food items. I have not been back to try it but it looks like they are putting in the effort
I really want to like this place opening up. But thr current menu is confusing. Rather than making what is and isn't gluten free they just list all ingredients containing gluten and unfortunately all of those ingredients are in every style or combination of food. Avoid
