Great chicken shawarma and hummus. Knowledgeable about gluten free and asked about cross contamination with fries. They subbed carrots and cucumbers for fries. Liked the gf flat bread a lot!

Yum! I’ve walked past here many times when visiting New Orleans but have never gone in. On this trip I’m staying only 2 blocks away so I thought I’d go. I saw that the previous reviewer liked the chicken shawarma with hummus so I decided to try it. It was wonderful. I was able to get the gluten free flatbread to eat with it. It was warm and made the perfect accompaniment. I look forward to returning.

We ate here on our last trip to NOLA based on a recommendation from a blogger and the chicken shawarma on top of hummus was delicious just as the review said. They were out of their GF flatbread, but we were ok with that. The young lady taking the order, however, was very impatient when answering my questions and was not courteous at all. Regardless, the meal was delicious and my daughter did not get sick. *I don’t think the fryer is dedicated, so ask questions and be cautious.*

Often get Tal's delivered. They have a good GF flat bread that comes with the platter I get. They are very gluten aware there and dedicated fryer. I've eaten falafel and fries with no issues
