Tamale House East

The only gluten free options on the menu are the tamales but they are fantastic! I called and spoke with the restaurant prior to visiting and they ensured me that the tamales were prepared separately and gluten free. I also called when we placed the order at the table to let them know what I ordered and about my allergy and they were very good about handling my food. The waitress brought mine separately and was very informative about what sauces were gluten free and what items to avoid. Their margaritas are made in house and gluten free as well and sooo delicious! Overall, not a great variety of foods that are gluten free...but if you like tamales then I definitely recommend!
