Great place for takeout. Called ahead and spoke with the cook on the phone. She said the tortillas are made in house with masa and do not have any added flour. The vegetarian tamales (jalapeño and cheese) are naturally gluten free. The mole they use in the meat fillings should be gluten free as well. I believe they do use flour tortillas in some dishes, like the burritos. Would clarify how things are cooked to ensure things are kept separate. Got the carne asada plate with rice and beans, and the meat was really good.
