NOT SAFE for people with gluten intolerance or gluten allergies. The menu is labeled, but the wait staff said a few items were labeled incorrectly. The items that are labeled "correctly" need heavy modifications. Upon ordering my meal, the waiter discussed my order with the kitchen and assured me everything would be fine. The food tasted like hoisin after I started eating, so I asked the waiter again, who informed me he had made a mistake and that I was eating food marinated with a gluten-containing marinade.
